Account creation, security & user responsibilities
Account registration

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Reasons for account suspension and closure
235 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of these terms
- Registering with false information
- Fraud or bonus abuse found to be proven
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts
- At the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority
If an account is closed, any verified balance will be considered for return; however, bonus funds will be forfeited.
Changes to terms & governing law
235 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
